Conventional Energy
The main purpose of the committee is to promote the further development and modernization of Ukraine’s energy sector by attracting investment, in support of the vision of a more energy self-reliant Ukraine.
Committee Priorities
Priority 1
To advocate for a stable regulatory environment for the oil&gas sector, predictable, fair, equal, and transparent tax policy in the energy sector, and ensure continuity of proposals of new subsoil concessions/areas to the market for investment
Priority 2
Contribute to the creation of the regulatory framework and favorable conditions for developing the gas and hydrogen market, and advocate for an open biomethane market
Priority 3
To advocate for a stable and predictable regulatory environment for the downstream sector and ensure competitive conditions for business activities on the electricity market and petrol retail sector
