Asters is delighted to announce that Viktoriya Demydenko has joined the Real Estate and Construction practice as a Counsel. She will focus on advising Ukrainian and international clients on a wide range of construction-related matters and will co-head this workstream.
Viktoriya has 16 years of professional experience, including as a part of Asters team and as an in-house lawyer. Before re-joining Asters, she was a senior legal counsel at major international industrial group where she was responsible for managing the land bank, consulting on real estate and construction, environmental and natural resources matters.
Viktoriya is also a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association's Committee on Ethics, monitoring the compliance of legal professionals with the Code of Ethics for Legal Business. She took part in drafting this Code as a member of the Committee on the Development of Code of Ethics for Legal Business.
