Mondelēz Ukraine Recognized Among Ukraine’s Top Veteran-Friendly Employers

Mondelēz Ukraine Recognized Among Ukraine’s Top Veteran-Friendly Employers

Mondelēz Ukraine has been included in the Top 50 Veteran-Friendly Employers ranking published by the Ukrainian business media outlet Delo.ua.

The ranking is based on an assessment of Ukrainian companies’ practices in veteran employment, workplace reintegration, and professional development. Companies were evaluated based on both the number of veterans they employ and the availability of dedicated programs supporting veterans’ return to civilian careers and long-term professional growth.

“Behind every program and initiative are the people who have defended Ukraine and are now returning to civilian life and their careers. We want our colleagues to feel not only our gratitude, but also meaningful support. That is why we continue to strengthen our systematic approach to supporting mobilized employees and veterans, helping them return to work, develop professionally, and build their future with us,” said Olena Kior, HR Director at Mondelēz Ukraine.

Veterans working at Mondelēz Ukraine have access to psychological, medical, and legal support, mentoring programs, educational resources for managers and teams, workplace accommodations, and additional training whenever needed. The company continues to expand its veteran support initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment and a corporate culture built on respect, care, and mutual support.
