On August 14, 2023, during a meeting of the operative headquarters of the Defense Council of the Kyiv Region, a new time period for the sale of alcoholic beverages in retail and public catering entities that have licenses to sell alcoholic beverages was established – from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
This relaxation of the time limits for the sale of alcohol products is an important step to support the retail and public catering industries in the region, leading to an increase in the efficiency of business entities in the field, an increase in revenues to the state and local budgets, and contributing to a prevention of illegal circulation of alcohol products.
AmCham Ukraine is grateful to the Kyiv City State Administration and the headquarters of the Defense Council of the Kyiv region for their efforts and steps to restore the economic potential of the Kyiv region and for taking into account the position of the business community.
