On March 17, the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy recommended passing the Draft Law #4554 “On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Bring the Legislation of Ukraine in the Field of Baby Food in Line with the Requirements of EU Legislation” as a basis (Draft Law).
Earlier, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine addressed the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine asking to define the Draft Law as a priority one and support passing it as a basis for further improvement before the second reading.
We will continue supporting the importance of prompt consideration and adoption of the Draft Law as well as work on its improvement after passing in the first reading.
