Parliament adopted Draft Law #15111-d regarding the implementation of international automatic exchange of information on income earned through digital platforms and the taxation of such income (Draft Law).
The adoption of the Draft Law ensures the implementation in Ukraine of the international automatic exchange of information on income earned through digital platforms, in accordance with the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union, and establishes a legal framework for the transparent and fair taxation of such income.
AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Draft Law and calls on the President of Ukraine to sign the relevant Law as soon as possible, as it has the support of the business community and will promote Ukraine’s further integration into the European economic area, development of the digital economy, and implementation of international standards for tax transparency
