Odesa, 8 January 2024 – Elementum Energy, a leading UK-backed international investor in Ukraine’s renewable energy sector, reports damage to its wind park in the South of Ukraine due to a recent drone attack. Thankfully, no injuries to personnel have occurred. The National Police of Ukraine has initiated criminal proceedings concerning this incident.
Following the attack, a partial shutdown of the wind park was instituted. The dedicated team at Elementum Energy is currently working on reinstatement of generation and distribution of electricity to its consumers.
