Asters is delighted to announce that Olesia Kryvetska has joined the Firm's International Trade practice as counsel.
Olesia Kryvetska advises national and foreign business on legal matters in the area of WTO law, trade remedies, preferential trade regimes, tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade, as well as competition law.
Mrs. Kryvetska holds an LL.M degree from IELPO Programme, University of Barcelona (Spain), one of the Europe’s top master programs in international economic law and policy. Mrs. Kryvetska also graduated cum laude with a master degree in International Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2019 she defended her PhD thesis at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on the issue of investor-state dispute settlement. Mrs. Kryvetska has acted as a coach and panellist in moot court on WTO law and is an active author of international publications.
