Asters announces the promotion of Oksana Legka and Oleksandr Volkov to Partners in the International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation practice effective from 1 January 2024.
Oksana Legka focuses on dispute resolution issues, including multi-jurisdictional litigation, investor-state and international commercial arbitration. She advises the State of Ukraine, governmental agencies, and major corporate clients in complex, multi-billion, transnational landmark disputes, as well as investor-state and commercial arbitrations that involves the strategic coordination of simultaneous litigations in various foreign jurisdictions and national courts.
Oleksandr Volkov has over 15 years of experience in international commercial, investment, and sports arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation. He has been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings under ICSID, ICC, SCC, LCIA, JAMS, AAA, ICAC at CCI Arbitration Rules, and has experience in the FIDIC-related disputes as well as in advising clients in litigations in England, the USA, the EU, and other major jurisdictions.
