The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine held a meeting with MP Olena Shuliak, Head of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional Development and Urban Planning, to continue the established dialogue on shaping Ukraine’s reconstruction policy.
Key topics of discussion included harmonization with EU norms and standards, approaches to public procurement, cost estimation system, professional certification, licensing and e-permits, project documentation expertise, and the effective implementation of digital construction tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as other issues raised by member companies. Participants agreed to continue collaborating to support effective reconstruction and rebuilding efforts.
