On 14 February 2022, Iryna Sadovska joined the ARZINGER team as a commercial litigation counsel.
Iryna is an attorney-at-law boasting more than 15 years of experience. Besides, she is actively involved in public activities. She started her professional career as a legal adviser. Then she headed a commercial enterprise, worked in the state land cadastre as well as local executive authorities. In 2018-2019, she was Deputy Minister of Justice for State Registration and was involved in the implementation of the e-Maliatko project (e-services for parents of newborns), the transfer of functions from civilian registry offices to local self-governments as well as the development of numerous regulations and draft laws.
Iryna Sadovska specializes in representing clients in litigations concerning development, land and agricultural relations, corporate rights and real estate as well as in disputes with public authorities and local self-governments.
