KYIV, February 20, 2023 — Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a premier provider of global leadership advisory and on-demand talent solutions, has entered into a licensing agreement with WE Partners in Ukraine, a top executive search and leadership consulting firm.
Through this agreement, Heidrick & Struggles has become the leading executive search and leadership advisory firm in Ukraine offering a broad range of services and capabilities to local and multinational clients, while establishing a foundation for future growth in Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe.

The acquisition process started in December 2021 and lasted for more than a year due to Russia's war against Ukraine. The WE Partners team remains intact. The team will continue consulting activities under the international Heidrick & Struggles brand name.
In March 2022, Heidrick & Struggles ceased operations in Russia, condemning the war against Ukraine and its people.
