Global Competition Review (GCR) has once again recognised AVELLUM among the GCR 100 “Highly Recommended”. The 2024 ranking lists the world’s best competition practices.
GCR highlighted AVELLUM's work helping the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine obtain clearance for its corporate restructuring plan in Phase I.
Additionally, the firm received accolades for assisting Mondelēz with securing merger clearance to acquire Grupo Bimbo's Ricolino confectionery business.
On the behavioural front, the firm was noted for representing Interstarch in challenging the AMCU’s decision to impose a $10.4 million fine on the company for breaching competition rules.
