Asters is delighted to announce that Andriy Stetsenko has joined the firm's International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation team as counsel.
Andriy has over 10 years of experience gained in a Ukrainian law firm and the Ukrainian office of an international law firm. He advises clients on international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings and cross-border disputes. He represents clients in international arbitration proceedings under the various arbitration rules, including ICC, SCC, ICAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID. He has participated in several investment arbitrations, representing foreign investors, as well as states.
Andriy holds a LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University. He also studied at the International Arbitration School of Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf and the Academy of International Commercial Arbitration of the University of Cologne. He is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and the Young International Arbitration Group.
