In 2022 Asters became a member of Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB). Having a significant legal expertise and industry focus, in particular on agricultural field, the firm will participate in the UCAB's initiatives and will support its members on legal issues related to doing business in Ukraine.
Asters is planning to contribute to UCAB's analytical reports as well as to take part its events. The firm's lawyers together with other representatives from the legal and agricultural fields will work on developing the local legislation related to the sector.
For UCAB's members and agricultural companies, the firm works based on "one-stop shop" approach that includes providing comprehensive legal advice on different areas of law as well as representing interests of the clients before local and international courts, during the negotiations with the state authorities.
