Asters and Ukrainian Mediation Center present “About Mediation or How to Resolve a Conflict Out of Court”

Head of Asters Alternative Dispute Resolution practice Yuna Potomkina co-authored the book "About Mediation or How to Resolve a Conflict Out of Court". The book consists of articles written by graduates and partners of the Ukrainian Mediation Center (UMC) of Kyiv Mohyla Business School and edited by Galyna Yeromenko, Head of UMC, and Olga Tronko, Advisor to Head of the Ukrainian School of Governance. Asters also provided financial support to print the book.

The book's goal is to acquaint its readers with mediation, its types, advantages, essential features, differences from other ways of dispute resolution, as well as the legal grounds for its application. The book is illustrated with examples and figures confirming the effectiveness of mediation and other ways of alternative dispute resolution.
