During the event, we comprehensively examined how to ensure the company’s full regulatory compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets" within the context of the electronic reporting framework.
Attendees learned how to ensure the legally sound drafting of the narrative disclosures (text blocks) within the Management Report and the Corporate Governance Report, effectively mitigating the risk of regulatory sanctions from the NSSMC. Particular emphasis was placed on the personal liability associated with "management representations". Furthermore, we reviewed the maintenance of insider lists and the regulatory framework governing transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
