The meeting was devoted to discussing the implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) Resolution #759 “On Approval of the Technical Regulations on Medical Devices” dated June 10, 2026, CMU Resolution #758 “On Approval of the Technical Regulations on In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices” dated June 10, 2026, Regulation (EU) 2024/1938 on standards of quality and safety for substances of human origin (SoHO).
