Knowledge Seminar

After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Parliament has significantly changed the laws which establish liability for cooperation with the aggressor state. Such cooperation is toxic for Ukrainian and foreign companies and creates economic, legal, reputational, and other risks. Companies must assess such risks timely to effectively respond to their potential negative consequences and make reasonable business decisions.

Together with the experts of INTEGRITES law firm, we discussed the risks of cooperation with Russia and its residents and the consequences these risks can entail for business.

On the agenda:

  • Companies at risk
  • Criminal liability for collaboration and aiding: a hidden threat to business
  • Law on sanctions: recent developments and trends
  • Nationalization: grounds and features of the forced seizure of property in favour of Ukraine
