International business involves a wide variety of transactions with goods and products. Purchase of raw materials from the manufacturer, sale of finished products to a foreign customer, or supply of special equipment for a certain amount of work – the economic benefits of such operations are directly affected by customs clearance, including the correct choice of customs regime. Crucial to the possibility of applying the regime is the purpose of moving goods under the agreement. Business representatives know and understand imports and exports, but the Customs Code of Ukraine provides 14 customs regimes.
