The Order entered into force on October 2, 2020, excluding provisions on transfat acids, for which a 3-year transition period is settled.
The Chamber member companies’ experts were engaged in drafting the Order and welcome its adoption. We are grateful to the Ministry of Health for continuous cooperation to adopt national regulation on food safety with the best EU practices.
