the American Councils for International Education together with the U.S. Embassy Kyiv launched the recruitment for the Fall 2026 Ukrainian Business Leaders – Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UBL PIE) program.
As you already know, UBL PIE aims to empower entrepreneurs, innovators, and businesspersons from across Ukraine with the skills to develop innovative economic, policy, and business solutions. The program is fully funded and will bring 15 mid-level businesspeople to partake in a three-week individually tailored professional fellowship across the United States. Below are the program’s eligibility requirements:
- Be a citizen and current resident of Ukraine;
- Be from 21 to 40 years old at ANY time of the program;
- Be proficient in English;
- Have relevant experience in and commitment to a career in business, entrepreneurship, social media, innovation, social entrepreneurship, or regional economic development.
