The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine presented the 2025 Thanksgiving Recognition to All Defenders of Ukraine for their heroic defense of freedom, sovereignty, and independence. A brave man and woman from AmCham member companies who shifted from the business field to the battlefield since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, and one of the first military chaplains in Ukraine, who has been serving since 2014, received recognition on behalf of all defenders.
Another Thanksgiving Recognition was also delivered to First Responders of Ukraine – State Emergency Service of Ukraine – for their lifesaving courage and steadfast service in Ukraine’s darkest hours.
The United People of the United States were acknowledged for their friendship and support for Ukraine. The business community thanked the US Embassy team in Kyiv.
AmCham Ukraine gathered members, partners, friends, diplomats, journalists, defenders, and stakeholders in central Kyiv for the AmCham Thanksgiving Dinner During War 2025. The evening became a powerful symbol of unity and gratitude – a moment to honor courage, resilience, and partnership that keep Ukraine moving forward. The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine expresses gratitude to its members, partners, and friends who continue to invest, employ, export, rebuild, and support communities across Ukraine.

We are proud to deliver Thanksgiving Recognition 2025 to Defenders of Ukraine, First Responders, and the United People of the United States. We pay tribute to those whose courage, service, innovation, and support compose the living symphony of Ukraine’s resilience,” said Andy Hunder, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
The AmCham Ukraine Thanksgiving event has become an annual tradition. AmCham members deliver recognition to those who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of Ukraine.
