AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #617 “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2022 #300 "Certain Issues of Ensuring the Smooth Operation of Electronic Trust Services" (Resolution #617) dated May 24, 2022.
The Chamber member companies addressed the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with a proposal to extend the usage period of advanced electronic signatures and stamps based on qualified public key certificates until December 31, 2022.
According to the amendments adopted in Resolution #617, the use of electronic signatures or stamps based on public-key certificates issued by qualified providers of electronic trust services is allowed for the period of martial law on the territory of Ukraine and for six months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
We are grateful to the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Cabinet of Ministers for adopting these amendments and supporting the proposals of the business community to extend the usage period of electronic signatures or stamps.
