International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Ukraine is delighted to announce the appointment of Mykhaylo Soroka to the firm’s Real Estate practice in Kyiv. Mykhaylo joins the firm as counsel from the law firm AEQUO.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Mykhaylo is a Real Estate specialist with a particular focus on Land Use, Real Property Law and Administrative Law. He has broad experience across M&A transactions, court disputes, investments, risk assessment and mitigation, involving real estate assets. Mykhaylo regularly advises investment funds and retail companies on high-value property acquisitions, conducts due diligence audits of real estate, and provides legal support to developers concerning design and construction. He is a ranked practitioner in Chambers Europe.
