When the war started, the main office of JetSoftPro became a well-equipped shelter for refugees from different regions of Ukraine. We hosted the employees of our partner Creator IQ and their families, as most of them are from Kharkiv, which has been under massive attack from the very beginning.
We have been using working algorithms we have developed during the COVID: most of our team works remotely, and they notify their managers if cannot work due to electricity issues. If the pause is one day or less, we compensate within the week (employees can shift their working hours). If this affects us for longer, we replace a developer until they can return to work. Also, we updated our BCP plan and are now prepared for any possible troubles.
Our main challenge was establishing a continuous workflow to provide services to our clients and partners. Now, our office is equipped with a power generator and Starlink station to connect to the internet via satellite, so we are ready for any blackout and will constantly be in touch. We have a safe shelter for possible air raids with electricity and an internet connection. We use cloud servers to store clients' data, which is always protected. Our European employees have access to all projects and can share them with the owners anytime.
All our Ukrainian employees can gather in the office, work from here and even live comfortably.
The main thing is that our management took care of employees' emotional stage. Even after 9 months of the war, all our people are ready to work, highly motivated, and keep donating to the Ukraine Armed Forces, and so does the company.
All this helped us to find 40+ new clients during the war period.
We understand our responsibility before Ukraine's economy and do our best to support the country and the Nation.
