At AbbVie, we routinely check our colleagues' safety and security through calls and regular updates. We organize security and safety (incl. tactical medicines) trainings and update them regularly.
For Those who requested, we helped with relocations - if needed, HR and Security are 24/7 available. Global AbbVie Employee Relief program is available for applications to get financial support.
We address all MoH / NGO / individuals' requests for our medicines donations in cooperation with our Headquarters. We are working on providing survival kits and purchasing UPS (Uninterrupted Power System) for the most critical functions and working places in our offices (AbbVie & Allergan Aesthetics) in Kyiv.
Globally, AbbVie supports Ukraine via various activities. In Spain we assembled Welcome packs for the Ukrainians, Latvian colleagues volunteered at the donation distribution warehouse, and Lithuanians organized a sports day for the Ukrainian & local children. To elevate the spirit, we organize online museum tours – more to come around Christmas.
