Kyiv City Council supported the decision on establishing fees for access to the infrastructure elements of the objects of construction, transport, energy, cable sewage of telecommunication, home distribution network of communal property of Kyiv territorial community.
In particular, the decision creates opportunities to develop a 4G network in the Kyiv subway. It also specifies ways of ensuring that the municipal property objects are compliant with the current legislation to ensure unhindered access of telecommunications operators and providers to the municipal property infrastructure on a contractual basis and ensuring the shaping of fair fees for access as well.
We will continue our cooperation in the future for the development of stable and predictable conditions for doing business in the mobile telecom sphere, thus improving the investment climate in the country and Kyiv city as well.
