On December 4, 2019 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted its Resolution #995 “On Establishment of Certain Central Executive Bodies”, which will enter into force starting January 1, 2020.
According to the CMU Resolution, the State Agency of Tourism Development of Ukraine is established as a central executive body the activity of which is guided and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine. The main objective of the Agency is to implement the state policy in the sphere of tourism and resorts (except state supervision (control) in the sphere).
