Sayenko Kharenko’s projects, UKEF’s Guaranteed Export Loan From Citibank for Six Bridges in Kyiv Region and Astarta’s EUR 30 Million Financing from EBRD, have been shortlisted for the 2023 CEE Deal of the Year Award.
The CEE Deals of the Year Awards are presented annually by CEE Legal Matters to recognise the deals, financings, and other transactions that drive growth across the region and the legal professionals and firms responsible for their execution.
This year, Sayenko Kharenko was involved in five out of twelve submitted projects, the highest number of projects involving any Ukrainian firm.
The winners will be revealed during the annual CEE Deals of the Year Banquet on 25 April 2024 in Warsaw.
