On January 5, 2026, the TEFFI legal team joined the ADER HABER Law Firm.
This move is aimed at strengthening ADER HABER’s position in the legal services market by combining the firm’s many years of comprehensive practice with TEFFI’s deep expertise in corporate law and M&A.
Joining ADER HABER is TEFFI’s Managing Partner, Igor Kryzhanovskyi, who will assume the position of Partner and Head of the Corporate Law and M&A Practice at the firm.
Igor Kryzhanovskyi has over 20 years of legal experience. He has earned a recognized professional reputation in corporate and M&A law, as well as in handling complex litigation. He currently represents leading Ukrainian and international investors in business structuring processes and advises international companies both in Ukraine and abroad.
Alongside Igor Kryzhanovskyi, a group of experienced lawyers from TEFFI is joining ADER HABER, bringing many years of experience in M&A, corporate restructurings, investment transactions, and comprehensive consulting on strategic business development.
All lawyers will operate under the unified ADER HABER Law Firm brand, ensuring team cohesion, standardized quality, and a consistent approach to client service.
