Sayenko Kharenko and the Association “Subsoil Users of Ukraine” (ASUU) have signed a partnership agreement to officially collaborate on developing the mining sector.
The agreement was signed on 27 February 2025, marking an important step in deepening cooperation between the two organizations. This new partnership expands opportunities for joint legal analysis of industry legislation and provides legal support for initiatives to modernize Ukraine’s mining sector.
“The Association’s collaboration with Sayenko Kharenko law firm has existed for several years. Signing this partnership agreement is a public step to confirm our joint work in the mining sector, expanding areas of cooperation in legal expertise of industry legislation and legal support for the sector’s transformation processes. We will continue to conduct joint activities aimed at professional analysis of mining sector processes and provide our expertise to relevant government institutions and private businesses that shape this industry,” said Roman Storozhev, President of the Association of Subsoil Users of Ukraine.
