Sayenko Kharenko advises STG on the acquisition of Avid Technology, Inc.

Sayenko Kharenko acts as a Ukrainian legal counsel to STG on the potential acquisition of Avid Technology, Inc. (Avid). The transaction is structured as a merger and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to Avid stockholder approval, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The deal value is USD 1,4 billion.

Sayenko Kharenko team provided due diligence and transactional support on Ukrainian law matters and worked closely with Paul Hastings LLP, the lead legal counsel to STG.
