The establishment of the United States-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, on which Redcliffe Partners advised, has been recognised as the 2025 CEE Deal of the Year by CEE Legal Matters.
At a time when investment in Ukraine is often discussed in terms of risk, the Fund represents something more important: long-term commitment. Designed to support investment during the war, throughout recovery and further on, it aims to help unlock projects that will shape Ukraine for decades to come. The Fund has drawn significant interest from hundreds of businesses, and its first investment has already been approved.
For our team, this recognition is not just about the sheer scale of the transaction or not about its uniqueness or complexity. This is about being trusted. We are grateful to our clients, the U.S. Department of the Treasury and U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
It also continues a strong track record for Redcliffe Partners: our fourth CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year award since 2017, and our third consecutive win. Our previous awards were for Deals of the Year in Ukraine, and now an all-CEE winner.
