Redcliffe Partners is delighted to announce the promotion to Partner of Oleksandr Markov, Head of the Tax and Tax Litigation practice, effective 4 January 2022.
Oleksandr’s practice focuses on tax planning and structuring, tax disputes and investigations, and transactional tax. He is highly experienced in due diligence, transactional structuring, and advising private clients. Oleksandr also provides legal support in criminal proceedings related to tax evasion, as well as guiding clients in administrative and court procedures.
Oleksandr’s achievements are highly praised in international and local legal rankings. Notably, he is recognised as a Leading Individual in Tax, according to The Legal 500 2021, and is recommended in Tax Law by Best Lawyers 2022. He is also a highly regarded practitioner in Tax controversy according to World Tax ITR 2021.
