PRAVEX BANK Attracted Almost 10 Thousand New Customers and Ensured the Stable Operation of the Branch Network

PRAVEX BANK has restored 90% of the branch network. Such results were achieved thanks to the teamwork of the bank's staff.

At the end of 2022, the bank was able to retain and attract almost 10 thousand new customers and reached the indicators of the pre-war level.  Even at lower interest rates, the bank managed to withhold funds, increase interest income, and fulfill the budget on deposits of individuals by 104%.

Thanks to coordinated actions, 304 loan restructurings were carried out after the grace period, and the working portfolio's share was maintained at 90.5%.

Throughout 2022, work was carried out to improve PRAVEX ONLINE.   During this period, the number of active users increased by 17%; 34 new features were introduced; existing customers opened 3,200 virtual debit cards; the volume of monthly transactions increased by 10%.

To facilitate clients' access to banking services, PRAVEX BANK has joined the POWER BANKING national project.  The energy units installed by the bank and wireless communication devices (StarLink terminals) will make it possible to ensure the continuous functioning of banking services.

We created new tariff packages for small business clients, conducted a loan restructuring campaign, introduced a new option for an affordable mortgage of 5.99% and a centralized write-off and closing of accounts”, said Semion Babayev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of the Main Department of Retail Business of PRAVEX BANK. “I would also like to emphasize that employees are the main and most valuable resource for PRAVEX BANK. Professionals, who have coped with the challenges in 2022, continue to improve financial services for clients.”

PRAVEX BANK constantly improves its services and makes them more accessible to clients. Introducing innovative solutions in 2022, the bank began to update the ATM network and supplement them with new functionality: Near Field Communication (NFC) contactless data transmission technology.

PRAVEX BANK plans to update further and optimize the network's ATMs, using innovative technologies for high productivity and reliability.
