The international ranking World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, 2024 has recognised Oleg Klymchuk, Partner at Sayenko Kharenko, and Volodymyr Hrunskyi, Counsel at the firm, in the Bronze League.
The guide notes that Oleg Klymchuk focuses his IP practice on IT services, media and communications and is a valuable partner for players in these sectors. Volodymyr Hrunskyi, on the other hand, is recognised as a successful IP litigator with a particular skill in handling anti-counterfeiting cases.
The WTR 1000, which focuses exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners, has firmly established itself as the go-to resource for those seeking world-class legal trademark expertise.
To arrive at the results, WTR undertook an exhaustive qualitative research project to identify the firms and individuals deemed outstanding in this critical area of practice. When identifying the leading firms, factors such as depth of expertise, market presence and the level of work they are typically instructed were all considered, alongside positive peer and client feedback.
