MORIS lawyers handled the registration of intellectual property rights, structured legal relationships with entrepreneurs joining FOODOTEKA, and drafted respective sublease agreements. Moreover, we offered consultations on the name, logo, and prepared required documents for the registration of the FOODOTEKA trademark.
FOODOTEKA is a part of large innovative centre Promprylad.Renovation. This food project brings together 15 different restaurant concepts in one location spanning 3,500 square meters. In addition to food corners, FOODOTEKA includes a food laboratory and a platform for the development of chefs.
Promprylad.Renovation's team is revitalizing the old "Promprylad" plant located in the central part of Ivano-Frankivsk, and MORIS has been providing legal support since the inception of this idea. The Promprylad.Renovation initiative creates a space for development in various directions, including education, business, and arts. Now, this list is further expanded with the culinary sphere and food retail.
