AmCham Ukraine members met with the leadership of Kyiv Customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Meeting participants discussed acute issues and changes related to customs clearance procedures:
▪️movement of goods, vehicles under customs control. Common transit procedure (NCTS, phase 5);
▪️ intellectual property rights protection;
▪️ hints and tips for reduction of risks of disputes with customs authorities
