The American property management company Intempus Realty has completed the implementation of IW Document Flow Recognizer: AI Service. The solution was developed by Innoware and is intended to simplify the work with a large volume of documents by creating a customized AI model for analyzing and automatically processing various documents and entering the necessary information into the accounting system.
This project is an example of the latest artificial intelligence technologies in document automation and workflow optimization.
The collaboration between Innoware and Intempus Realty began in September 2023 to solve the problem of a large flow of non-standardized incoming invoices, some of which were even handwritten, being handled by the company's employees. The management was looking for solutions to automate the process because it took a lot of time and caused many human errors. In a month, Innoware engineers developed and trained a custom artificial intelligence model, IW Document Flow Recognizer: AI Service.
The implementation of IW Document Flow Recognizer: AI Service enabled the company's accounting department to avoid wasting time manually processing incoming invoices. Today, the automatic processing time for one invoice is 10-15 seconds, while an unlimited number of documents can be processed at the same time.
After implementing the solution, Intempus Realty automated the processing of about 1500 invoices per month, turning this process from labor-intensive to automated. The paramount convenience of the AI-based solution is that, at the client's request, the model can be further trained to extract any necessary information from the invoice, and in the future, to automate the processing of other types of documents.
The main advantages of this solution:
- Intelligent recognition of both printed and handwritten documents.
- Intelligent machine automation of processing many incoming documents - invoices, waybills, receipts, contracts.
- Automatic data entry into ERP, CRM, or document management systems.
- Increase the speed of document processing many times over.
- Continuous improvement and training of the AI model for the client's processes and document types.
- Reducing the possibility of errors and delays caused by human factors.
- 24/7 availability without coffee breaks or holidays.
- Scalability (can process any number of documents simultaneously).
“The cooperation between our teams was constructive and productive. That allowed us to meet all the planned deadlines and budget. It was also important for me that specialists from the Innoware team were quick to respond to all the requests and suggestions. I like the result and hope that this solution significantly increases the efficiency of document management.
