Intellias is recognized as the best IT employer in Ukraine. According to this year's DOU.ua survey results, we became the #1 employer among the biggest service IT companies in the category of «companies with more than 1,500 specialists». This is the third award for Intellias, which was ranked among DOU.ua top three employers in 2020 and 2019. Moreover, this year, Intellias took second place among the best IT employers with offices located in Odesa.
DOU.ua employers rating has been held since 2010. It is free and available for all Ukrainian IT companies. Conducted by the largest IT community of Ukrainian engineers, the voting was designed for specialists working in IT companies. In order to vote, specialists had to login and answer 13 questions about their employer.

Each company was evaluated against five criteria: compensation, working conditions, career, project, and loyalty. Participants gave Intellias high ranks in all five categories: career — 95%, project — 95%, compensation — 95%. Our working conditions and level of loyalty were especially appreciated, reaching 98% both. In terms of loyalty and compensation, the company ranked first among the biggest market players.

Intellias has been repeatedly named the best employer. Professionals ranked Intellias among the best employers in 2020 according to the EY survey. In 2020, Intellias also became the best employer among all IT companies according to Forbes Ukraine and the best employer among large service companies according to MC Today. In addition, Intellias ranks in the top five of the national «Family-Friendly Companies» rating from the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine and the Center for CSR Development. The company has twice received a «Cycling Employer of the Year» award in the rating from UCycle.
DOU.ua is the largest Ukrainian community of developers. Once a year, the portal conducts a survey to determine the best employers among IT companies.
