INTEGRITES welcomes a new team member – Maryna Golota, Head of HR department. Before joining the firm, for 13 years she had been Chief Operating Officer at one of the leading law firms in Ukraine and had served as Executive director at Hromadske TV, one of the major national independent media.
Maryna Golota is an expert in strategic HR, namely the development of the KPI, onboarding and motivation systems, staff assessment policies. She is particularly experienced in building corporate culture and HR brand, recruiting.
In her earlier career, Maryna had been in charge of operations in the international relations department of a large Government organization.
Maryna Golota about her appointment: “To be honest, the comeback to the legal market now is a challenging step. In times when millennials are setting new trends and the market is transforming due to many global factors, law firms have to respond accordingly and efficiently.
