INTEGRITES protected interests of EuroСape Ukraine, one of the leading renewable energy producers, in a tax dispute against the Head Office of the State Tax Service in Zaporizhzhia region. The firm’s lawyers succeeded to resolve the dispute at the pre-trial stage.
The background of the case includes the resolution issued by the tax authority to recognize certain business transactions of the client on the purchase of services allegedly fictitious. INTEGRITES team presented well-grounded and sufficient evidence to prove the opposite.
The defence strategy developed by lawyers resulted in the cancellation of the UAH 4,2 million tax assessment notices at the pre-trial stage.
