INTEGRITES acted as a legal counsel to the recently established Ukrainian subsidiary of Peikko Group Corporation (Finland) on launching production in Ukraine.
The firm has assisted the client with drafting, negotiating and execution of a build-to-suit pre-lease and main lease agreements for a 2,400 m² plant for the production of concrete joints and composite structures within Bila Tserkva Industrial Park nearby Kyiv. The site to be built is expected to produce 2500 tonnes of goods annually and create up to 30 jobs.
INTEGRITES will advise Peikko Ukraine on all further stages of the project, including construction and commissioning of the production facility scheduled for spring 2025.
Led by Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure partner Anna Pogrebna, the team working on the project includes senior associate Serhii Datsiv and paralegal Polina Radionova.
