The new grant opportunity “Co-Investment for Business Resilience” has opened under the USAID Investment for Business Resilience Activity.
The grant program is open for all private financial intermediaries, including banks and non-bank organizations, business angels, venture companies, private investment funds, as well as non-financial corporations that provide financing to enterprises or contribute to it, such as financial and technology companies legally registered in Ukraine.
The financial instruments or risk-sharing mechanisms needed to conduct financing include the following:
- traditional loans, including working capital loans and investment loans
- alternative financing related to commercial operations: leasing, factoring, purchase orders, supply chain, and inventory financing
- insurance or other risk mitigation instruments
- supply and value chains, trade and financing of resources for Ukrainian farmers and agricultural business
- private investments
- innovative solutions to improve the infrastructure of the financial sector
- partnerships for joint financing of small and medium-sized enterprises through the provided grant
