The EVERLEGAL team won a tax dispute for the client – the court recognised as unlawful and canceled tax notifications and decisions totaling more than 20 million hryvnias.
The lawyers worked on the project for over a year and were able to prove in court that the tax authority made significant violations during the audit and unjustifiably accused the client of non-compliance with tax legislation.
