From 26 August to 1 September, UNIT.City, Ukraine’s first innovation park, will host the ‘7’ Theatre Festival, a cultural project of a scale unlike any other in Ukraine. This year marks EVERLEGAL’s fourth time as a partner of the ‘7’ Festival.
The festival’s concept remains unique and unchanged: 7 days / 7 plays / 7 genres. The project brings together seven of Ukraine’s most prominent theatres on one open-air stage. The open-air format makes the festival accessible to a wider audience, while transforming the UNIT.City space itself into an integral part of the scenography and theatrical experience.
‘For us, it is important to support contemporary Ukrainian theatre, its development and cultural initiatives that use art to address important social issues and bring people together around them,’ EVERLEGAL says.
In 2025, the project’s high quality and cultural value also received international recognition: the ‘7’ Theatre Festival won Gold at the prestigious World Best Event Awards. The jury particularly highlighted the high standard of the open-air production and the seamless integration of theatre into the architectural environment of the innovation park.
The EVERLEGAL team invites Kyiv residents and visitors to the capital to spend these seven theatrical evenings together and discover contemporary Ukrainian theatre.
