Asters acted as a legal counsel to Regal Petroleum, a British oil and gas company, on its up to USD 8.63 million acquisition of Arkona Gas-Energy, a Ukrainian company holding the license to explore, develop and produce hydrocarbons in Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske field located in Poltava region.
Asters' team has provided full transactional support with Ukrainian law issues, including preparation of transaction documents (together with English law counsel, HFW), negotiation and signing/closing assistance.
