Asters advises the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the restructuring of USD 120 million loan to Nibulon, one of Ukraine's largest grain exporters and market operators. The new arrangements aim to allow the company to cope with the consequences of operational difficulties and disruption caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The IFC loan restructuring is an essential part of a global Nibulon restructuring programme, which, by deferring financial obligations, aims to provide space for the company's development and support in the midst of a full-scale war. Asters team's role includes advising on Ukrainian law issues of adjustment and amendment of the existing financial arrangements and respective collateral modification.
