Asters acts as a legal counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in connection with its EUR 10 million financing for one of the largest manufacturers of oak lamellas located in Ukraine.
The loan will be used to finance the ongoing company's activities and construction of a renewable energy facility to reduce energy costs.
